VEGETABLE GOULASH | |
1 c. lima beans 1 c. diced carrots 1 c. tomatoes 1 sm. onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar Cook beans, carrots and onion until tender. Add tomatoes with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoons sugar. Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot. |
