TURKEY SURPRISE 
1 lb. ground turkey
4 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
salt and pepper to taste
4 med. carrots
4 to 5 stalks of celery
1 qt. stewed tomatoes

Brown turkey with onion, drain any juice if any. Cut up carrots, potatoes, and celery and put them in a casserole dish. Add browned meat to the vegetables and mix together. Now add the tomatoes on top of the meat and vegetables. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
