HENRY WINKLER'S MEXICAN SALAD 
2 heads Romaine lettuce, finely shredded
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2-3 diced tomatoes
1 lg. red onion, diced
6 oz. can black olives, sliced
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1-2 avocados
Corn tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Toss with dressing and sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green chili salsa
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Add chicken or beef for a main course.
