MEXICAN SALAD 
2 cans Ranch style beans, drained
5 onions (green), chopped
1 head lettuce
2 avocados
1 bottle Catalina French dressing
1 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 red onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips

Chop lettuce in large bowl; add drained beans, cheese and onions. Add tomatoes and avocados. Save some for top garnish. When ready to serve, pour over dressing and add crushed tortilla chops. WILL NOT KEEP.

Serves 8.
