3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix in a large bowl the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. Mix in another bowl the remaining ingredients. Mix together. Grease and flour pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes 1 Bundt cake and one loaf or 3 loaves. Great served with Cool Whip.
