CHERRY POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
6 eggs
4 oz. chopped maraschino cherries and juice
3 3/4 c. flour

Cream Crisco, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. chopped maraschino cherries and juice
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
