AVOCADO AND SHRIMP SALAD 
3 lg. avocados
3 tbsp. olive or salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp (peeled)
Lettuce
Onions

Halve the avocados and remove seeds. Combine remaining ingredients except shrimp, beat well. Add shrimp and spoon onto avocados. Place on lettuce leaves and serve with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
