SAUSAGE-WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage browned, drained
1 sm. size box UNCLE BEN'S® long grained, wild rice (cook according to pkg. directions)
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
Buttered bread crumbs

Mix first 2 ingredients together. Then mix in next 2 ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put buttered bread crumbs on top and brown.
