HAWAIIAN BREAD 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice

Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add nuts. Add the remaining ingredients and stir carefully by hand, not with mixer. Stir just until blended. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
