LOUISIANA HAWAIIAN BREAD | |
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. moist flaked coconut 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda Combine all ingredients in order given. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in 2 greased loaf pans. One thing worse than a quitter is the one who is afraid to start! |
