CALICO SALAD 
15 oz. can sm. early peas
14.5 can sliced green beans
2 tbsp. pimentos
15 oz. can whole kernel sweet corn
1/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. diced onion

In large bowl, mix well drained vegetables. Mix together well. In second smaller bowl, mix: 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. sugar

Mix well. Pour over vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill several hours
