QUICK TUNA CURRY 
Chop 1/2 cup onion, 1/4 cup green pepper, 1 clove garlic, minced and cook in 2 tablespoons butter until tender, but not brown. Stir in 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can water packed tuna broken in pieces. Heat slowly, stirring often until hot, DO NOT BOIL. Serve over hot rice dotted with raisins. Serves 4. Raisins optional.
