QUICK TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked with small amount lemon juice
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
Sm. amount green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients. Put half can Chinese noodles on bottom of casserole. Pour tuna mixture over noodles. Top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
