WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Pillsbury Plus)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. cream sherry wine
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Blend and pour into greased angel food pan or a bundt pan.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

May be frozen.
