WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. pale dry sherry wine
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs

Beat all together for a full 5 minutes. Bake in slightly greased angel food cake pan at 325 degrees oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour mixture over warm cake immediately.

MIXTURE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. pale dry sherry wine

Mix ahead of time.
