PINE CONE CAKE 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. grated carrots

Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until light lemony color. Gradually add all dry ingredients. Then add pineapple, coconut, pecans and carrots. Wooden spoon is great for mixing. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Test for doneness.
