PINE - COT SAUCE | |
1 c. dried apricots 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Place apricots and water in heavy saucepan and cook, covered over very low heat until fruit is pulpy and falls apart when stirred. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple with juice and bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Chill. Stores well in refrigerator. |
