MICROWAVE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

In a 2 cup glass measuring cup melt butter and cocoa. Heat on high in microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla and chocolate mixture. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into 9 inch square glass pan. Cook on high 6 minutes. (Rotate 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.) Tops of the brownies will be moist when done but they will get firm as they cool. When cool, sift powdered sugar over them. Put them sugar side down on plate and sift sugar over them again.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
