BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strong black coffee
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

To sour milk, add 1 teaspoon vinegar to sweet milk.

Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, coffee, sour milk or buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes (batter is thin). Bake in sheet pan or 2 layer pans 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

3 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 squares chocolate
4 1/2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

2 squares for milk chocolate flavor.

Melt chocolate, add sugar and water. Mix until smooth. Add butter then egg.
