GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, well beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. Grape Nuts
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together then fold in 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten. Pour into greased baking dish and place in pan of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
