LAST MINUTE GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Grape Nuts (or raisins)

Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add milk, gradually mixing in the remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
