GRAPE NUTS PUDDING 
3/4 c. Post Grape nuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Or use 3/4 cup thawed egg substitute.

Thoroughly mix cereal with butter. Beat sugar into beaten eggs; add cereal mixture and remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour into 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish; place in pan of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1" from center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool. Makes 8 servings.
