2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle of salt
1/3 c. Grape Nuts
2 c. milk
Cinnamon and sugar

Beat eggs, add other ingredients. Pour into casserole. Top with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Set in pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until set.
