LIME SLICES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind

Mix all ingredients as for pie crust; food processor works great! Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees, watching carefully not to scorch, light golden, only.

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
