EXTRA QUICK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour (self rising)
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Mix all ingredients in bowl until dough is smooth and elastic. In a well greased muffin pan, place large spoonfuls in each muffin well, until all dough is used.

Bake in hot oven at 450°F for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 12 biscuits.
