HOMEMADE CRISCO QUICK BISCUIT
MIX
 
10 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. baking powder
2 c. Crisco

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Store in covered container, up to 6 weeks at room temperature. For longer storage, place in freezer. To measure, spoon into measuring cup and level with spatula.

QUICK BISCUITS:

2 c. quick mix
1/2 c. milk
