KRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onions
2 c. kraut
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. mustard

Brown sausage and onions in skillet and drain. Mix together and chill overnight. Roll into small balls, roll in flour, roll in mix, roll in bread crumbs. Mix 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

MIX:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Deep fry.
