KASEKUCHEN (Cheese Pie) 
2 (9 inch) pie crusts (unbaked)

FILLING:

1 lb. grated Gruyere smoked cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
9 slices bacon (diced and fried)
2 onions (chopped) (white)
3 tbsp. flour
5 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. cream

Into unbaked pie shells divide and sprinkle bacon. Mix remaining ingredients in food processor and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve this with green salad and fresh fruit for a lite summer supper.
