ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
8-10 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. scallions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped

SAUCE:

1 c. real mayonnaise
1 pt. sour cream
2-3 tsp. curry powder
2-4 tbsp. mango chutney

Combine first 5 ingredients, add sauce, mix and chill.
