ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. cooked chicken better if grilled with soy sauce
2 heads lettuce Romaine & Boston
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. uncooked Ramen noodles, break up, keep soup mix
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts
4-5 fresh mushrooms

Mix all together. Make dressing.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. rice vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt & pepper
3/4 c. sugar
Add soup mix

Pour dressing on right before serving.
