EASY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 box elbow noodles
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
Celery salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash (all spices are about a 2-3 second shake)
1 can tomato soup
1/8 c. water

Brown turkey, onion, green peppers and drain. Cook noodles as directed on package and drain. Mix all ingredients and stir well.
