EASY FAST GOULASH--KIDS LOVE! 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 can or 1/2 (1 lb.) bag frozen corn
Season salt

Brown ground beef or turkey with onion in large pot or fry pan. Pour off grease. Add tomatoes with juice. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, adding season salt to taste or salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add corn, warm thoroughly or cook frozen corn until done.

Serve with hot bread. For a more complete meal, I also add green beans or peas.

I use a similar recipe but add potatoes, green beans and peas to this recipe and I use all the juice from the cans of veggies. I cut my potatoes in cubes and throw it in with my hamburger (season) then add veggies and a can of chopped tomatoes (taste & season with favorite seasonings). Simmer for 30 - 40 minutes, depending on size of potatoes. Adding the potatoes makes it a little more hearty.
