HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD 
2 3-oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup red maraschino cherries, quartered
1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, quartered
1 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
24 marshmallows, diced

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, fold in whipped cream. Add fruit and marshmallows. Pour into a metal pan or bowl; cover and refrigerate for two hours.

Serve on iceberg lettuce leaves, if desired.

Variations: Fruit salad can be substituted for the Pineapple; cottage cheese can be served alongside.
