SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4-5 potatoes, thinly sliced
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Velveeta cheese (optional)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and blend in milk. Cook and stir until smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You may add desired amount of Velveeta cheese. Arrange half of potatoes in buttered dish. Add half of sauce and repeat. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 35-40 minutes longer.
