ARMENIAN RICE PILAF 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. raw rice
1 handful thin noodles
2 c. chicken
Juice or bouillon

Brown butter in saucepan. Add noodles. Keep flame on low. Keep stirring. Add raw rice and stir. Add chicken juice or bouillon and bring to boil. Simmer, covered, 25 to 30 minutes.
