SOODLY (ARMENIAN RICE PUDDING) 
1 1/2 qts. milk (6 c.)
1/2 c. raw, regular rice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. Sweeta
Cinnamon or nutmeg

Combine milk, rice and salt in heavy 2 quart saucepan; simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Combine eggs, vanilla and Sweeta; beat well; add to rice mixture; cook and stir 1 minute. Pour into serving dish; sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Chill. Makes 8 servings.
