ARMENIAN RICE 
1 c. rice (Uncle Beans converted rice)
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. water (hot)

Brown rice and onion in butter until light brown in color. Add salt and pepper; stir. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to rice mixture. Simmer on low fire until all liquid has evaporated (about 30 minutes).
