KEY LIME PIE 
Crust for 1 (8 inch) pie baked (or graham crust)
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced and sprinkled with sugar (optional)

Mix lime juice with condensed milk and stir until well incorporated. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture. Pour and scrape into cooled baked pie shell and refrigerate pie until serving time.

Serve with sliced strawberries on the side.
