LIME JELLO AND 7-UP SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7-Up. Chill Jello until almost set. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Fold pineapple and banana into mixture. Put into 8x8 inch pan and chill until firm.

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice and the egg. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Chill. Whip cream and fold into egg mixture. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle cheese over top. Serves 6 or 8.
