LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. lime Jello
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple, drained (save juice)
Water
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice
2 cartons whipping cream (not Cool Whip)
Jack cheese

Mix Jello as directed, let set slightly. Mix in pineapple, let set until firm. Mix juice of pineapple with enough water to make 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thickened then chill. Spread sliced bananas over Jello. Whip cream and fold in cooked pineapple juice mixture. Spread over Jello mixture. Grate cheese over all. Excellent for a large group and with ham dishes also.
