YON SOON'S KIM BAP 
5 pieces of seaweed
2 c. rice
8 oz. imitation crabmeat (use as is)
4 oz. Donmuge
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 lb. spinach
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

First, cook rice, then mix salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds with the rice. Scramble eggs in a wafer thin style. Boil or steam spinach. Lay out rice on the seaweed and mix with all other vegetables and crabmeat and roll. Finish the edge of the seaweed. Use water to make the edges stick together. Cut into 3 cm rolls. This is Kim Bap. Put in a dish and serve. You have to cook rice like steamed rice.
