PECAN SANDIES 
1 box pistachio pudding
1 box butter flavor cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls; place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. (These freeze good.)
