SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEATBALLS 
1 onion, chopped
2-28 oz cans Hunts tomato sauce or purée
1-28 oz cans Hunts crushed tomatoes
1-6oz can Hunts tomato paste
3 large bay leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt or five cloves fresh garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in large pot bring to a slow boil stirring constantly. Simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring regularly. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Meatballs:

1 lb ground meat
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tablespoon each oregano & basil

Mix well. Brown in olive oil with whole cloves of garlic. Add to sauce. Continue cooking until meatballs are heated through.

Serve.
