CHEESY CHICKEN 
5 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
2 pkg. Muenster cheese
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs

Cut chicken into nugget size. Beat eggs slightly. Dip chicken nuggets into egg; drain off. Roll in bread crumbs. Melt butter in pan; fry chicken in butter until done. Put chicken in baking dish. Pour chicken broth over chicken; cover with Muenster cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
