EASY CHEESY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, boiled, deboned & cut into bite size pieces
1 pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Layer chicken in bottom of large casserole dish. Layer thawed vegetables over chicken. Mix soups with chicken broth and pour over layers. Mix butter, buttermilk, flour and cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over soup layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
