CHEESY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM
CASSEROLE
 
Chicken strips
Fresh mushrooms
1 can Creamy chicken soup
Chicken flavor stuffing
Broccoli, chopped
Cheddar cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Chop mushrooms. Cook both together in electric fry pan with garlic and onion powder. Add can of soup and 1 can of water. Stir under low heat. Combine cooked stuffing and cooked broccoli separately. Then add them to fry pan. After stirring let simmer 5 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and let simmer 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. If you don't have deep enough fry pan, put in casserole dish and bake.
