CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine chicken, cheese, 1/2 cup stuffing mix, soup, celery, onions, milk, and pepper. Mix well. Spread into greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining stuffing mix with butter. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
