CHEESE CUSTARD PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cake flour
Salt
4 egg yolks
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. milk

Sift the sugar, cake flour and salt. Add the egg yolks and melted butter; beat well. Set this mixture aside. Heat the cup of milk and add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese dissolves. Cool.

Beat the whole egg with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/3 cup milk. Combine all ingredients. Bake in 9 inch unbaked pie shell in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
