BANANA PEACH JAM 
3 c. chopped peaches
1 mashed banana
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar

Combine fruit, lemon juice and pectin in a pan. Bring to a boil. Add sugar all at once. Boil 1 minute. Skim and pack in jars leaving 1/4 inch space at the top. Process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes. Yields about 7 cups.
