1 (8 oz.) can water packed peaches 1 tsp. Sweet 'n Low sweetener 3 oz. liquid pectin Mash peaches well with fork or puree in an electric blender, including all liquid. Add Sweet 'n Low, bring to fast boil. Add liquid pectin. Continue to boil hard 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars after cooling. Cover and store in refrigerator. Keeps about 2 weeks. |
